just okay stay
outdated shower road noise
the continental breakfast had a good choice of items so that was adequate
the room felt quite dated and could use some updating for instance the shower was tricky to adjust to the correct temperature it took a while to get it right using the separate hot and cold taps there also wasn't any body wash provided so i had to use the hand soap the noise from the road outside was quite loud with the window closed making it hard to sleep well

continental breakfast friendly staff quiet room road junction sleep difficulty no refund
The continental breakfast included lots of choices. I found fresh fruit, yoghurts, and crumpets. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was quiet, despite the hotel being in a busy area.
The room faced a major road junction. Sleep became difficult. I wasn't happy when I had to leave early, and they didn't refund any money!

a peaceful haven
free parking central location friendly staff
the reception made bottled water readily available. i found the location central, close to various shops and restaurants. free parking was available. the breakfast included many choices.

The staff was polite and cute. They secured a place for my bikes. they responded to all inquiries kindly and to my satisfaction. the team created a family atmosphere with care .

i found my room comfortable with good quality sheets. i had a fan provided which i appreciated. the room was quiet. the hotel was nicely cool despite the fierce temperature outside.

noisy water pipes malfunctioning television
The lack of soundproofing was an issue. I could clearly hear water pipes from the room above, especially early in the mornings. It was also necessary to request a bath plug. This should be standard. The television malfunctioned during the day.

the staff were friendly!
The walls seemed thin. I could hear other guests using their bathrooms and watching tv at all hours of the night. it wasn't exactly conducive to a good night's sleep.
